Room Booking Terms of Use

Effective date: November 6, 2026

Epione Room Booking is provided for authorized staff and practitioners to coordinate shared room use at Epione Health & Wellness Center.

Accounts and access

Use your own account and keep your login credentials private. Room permissions are assigned by Epione. Access to the scheduler does not automatically authorize use of every room.

Reservations

Check the room, date, and start and end times before saving a reservation. Update or cancel reservations promptly when your plans change.

Reserve rooms only for approved activities and follow Epione’s room-use procedures. Contact an administrator if you encounter a conflict or need assistance.

Confidential information

Do not include client names, clinical notes, diagnoses, or other confidential health information in reservation titles, descriptions, or attachments. This system is for room scheduling.

Administration and availability

Epione may adjust room permissions and reservations to resolve conflicts, address maintenance needs, or support operations. The scheduler may occasionally be unavailable. Contact Epione if an outage affects a booking.
