Room Booking Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Epione Health & Wellness Center uses information in its room booking system.

Information we collect

The system stores account information such as your name and email address, room permissions, reservation details, and booking history. It also uses cookies to maintain your signed-in session.

When you choose Google sign-in, we request your email address and basic profile information to identify your account. This sign-in configuration does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google Calendar.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, manage room access, coordinate reservations, and provide account support.

Booking information may be visible to other scheduler users according to the system’s settings. Authorized administrators can access account and reservation records to manage the service.

Service providers

The booking system uses Booked Scheduler software hosted through InterServer. Google processes authentication when you choose Google sign-in. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

Appropriate use

Do not enter client names, clinical notes, diagnoses, or other confidential health information into reservations. This system is intended for room scheduling.

Account information and requests

Contact us to request corrections, account closure, or deletion of your information. We will explain what can be removed and whether any records need to be retained.

You can also remove the app’s access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Removing Google access does not automatically delete your Booked Scheduler account or reservations.
